Crafted by Peter Zwiener is the casual offshoot of its sister outlet, Wolfgang’s Steakhouse Singapore. The family-friendly New York-style diner in the CBD prides itself on curating a menu full of farm-to-table goodness. Its kitchen slings out all manner of All-American fare, from handcrafted gourmet burgers and big sharing plates to decadent milkshakes. You can’t go wrong with The Crafted Classic burger ($18), which features a juicy 100% USDA Prime Black Angus patty. Try the milkshakes as well — An Apple a Day ($18) is a delightful dessert tower loaded with homemade apple butter and raisins, and is a big hit among both kids and adults.
And while it isn’t easy to find quality but affordable Western cuisine in an upscale locale, Crafted has lunch sets that start at $14 which each come with a main and a daily cold-pressed juice. Choose between a USDA Prime ribeye salad ($18), the mushroom arabita rigatoni ($14) for a vegetarian option, or the 48-hour Hokkaido pork belly burnt ends ($16) for fans of bolder flavours.
